What is a desktop appraisal? ⌃
A desktop appraisal is a property valuation conducted without a physical inspection. Our licensed valuers use public records, comparable sales data, satellite imagery, and in-depth market analysis to determine a property's current market value. It's faster, more affordable, and widely accepted by banks, investors, and legal professionals.
How accurate are desktop valuations? ⌄
Desktop valuations are generally accurate when sufficient market data is available. However, since there is no physical inspection, unique property features may not be fully captured.

Desktop valuations are commonly used by banks, investors, real estate professionals, and legal experts for quick and cost-effective property insights.
Process & Reports
How long does it take to receive my report? ⌃
Basic Desktop Appraisals are delivered within 3–5 business days. Express Desktop Appraisals are prioritised and delivered within 24–48 hours. Investor Packs typically take 5–7 business days depending on the number of properties.
What information do I need to provide?⌄
You'll need the property address, property type (house, unit, land, etc.), and ideally the purpose of the valuation. Any additional details about the property — such as renovations, number of bedrooms, or lot size — help us deliver a more accurate report.
What does the report include? ⌄
Our reports include a market value estimate, comparable sales analysis (3–5 recent sales), suburb market trend overview, property assumptions, methodology explanation, and a professional summary. Express and Investor clients receive additional analysis and consultation.
Pricing & Payments
Can I use this valuation for a bank loan? ⌃
Desktop valuations are commonly used for internal assessments, investment decisions, and preliminary financing. Many lenders accept them for certain loan types. We recommend checking with your specific lender to confirm their requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?⌄
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and offer invoicing for repeat clients and corporate accounts.
Can I request a revision? ⌄
Yes. Express and Investor Pack clients receive one free revision within 7 days of report delivery. Basic clients can request a revision for a small additional fee. All revisions are turned around within 2 business days.
What is your refund policy? ⌄
Full refunds are available if your order is cancelled before work has commenced. Once analysis has begun, we offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly to discuss.

Do you offer on-site inspections?⌄
Our core service is desktop valuations. However, for certain property types or client requirements, we can arrange a physical inspection through our network of local valuers. Contact us for a custom quote.
